Our client's have provided good feed back throughout the year and we have had great reviews . Initially you pay a 50% deposit on applications. If you decide not proceed, we charge for the time we have provided plus an admin charge of 15%. There are no hidden costs within our charges. This includes photocopying, scanning, uploading to the UKVI partners unless there are technical problems with their system, consultations and casework.   They say Xmas is the season of good will. Our intent is to share and spread good will throughout the year.  We hope this explains our system and clarifies our aim to be upfront, transparent, reasonable and affordable.

The Life in the UK test is a vital step for British citizenship, but it can feel daunting for many. The test assesses knowledge of British history, traditions, and laws, with questions ranging from medieval monarchs to modern customs. Applicants often struggle because the content can seem far fetched and not easy to associate with day to day life, especially for those new to the UK. The test's multiple-choice format hence, knowledge is key , the pass mark is 75%. Many are nervous even before the study begins. That is why we are developing a program to help.

Naturalising as a British citizen is a significant milestone, offering the opportunity to fully embrace life in the UK. The process involves meeting key criteria: residing in the UK for at least 5 years (or 3 if married to a British citizen), holding Indefinite Leave to Remain, and demonstrating good character. Applicants must also prove their English language ability and pass the Life in the UK test, covering British history, culture, and values. Finally, a citizenship ceremony celebrates this new chapter. Naturalisation isn’t just legal status—it's a new chapter for many, providing freedoms, rights and responsibilities to one of the most progressive nation states in the World.

Todays question was about domestic violence to partners of skilled workers. Sorry to say the Domestic Violence rule does not cover skilled workers. The rational probably is that the skilled work visa is a temporary visa allowing residence in exchange for work. The partner of permanent residents route is much different there is permanence in the equations and this allows for relief in situations where there is domestic abuse. My answer is regrettably, if you leave your marriage as a skilled worker for a domestic abuse reason, then unless you have an alternative reason to apply to remain in the UK - you should consider leaving to resume your life in the last country you lived in or otherwise your country of origin.

This is not as tricky as it sounds, what you need know first of all is whether you meet the financial requirement with demonstrable earning of £29.000 in the year of the application. Therefore if you have had more than one job, it can be the cumulative amount that count towards the relevant figure. The UKVI require evidence of the work you are undertaking such as contracts, pay remits, bank statements and other documents that show you are in genuine employment. It is open to them to make checks to verify information you choose to submit.
