Wedding Bells and Roses new post

We love it when we meet newly weds who are planning to move country.  Oftentimes, the spouses live in different countries and we all know the difficulties with this - whats app is not the real thing - the problem then falls to getting the matter resolved. The UKVI is pretty tight on the rules that allow entry and there are several hurdles the newly weds or long married have to face such as meeting an eligibility criteria, a suitability criteria, a financial criteria and also demonstration that their marriage is genuine and subsisting. In sum, it  the process can be daunting and difficult. So, you will primarily have to show that you have met your spouse, that you are married, or if you are fiancée planning to marry, you are not minors, and that it is your intention to make the UK your permanently home. Sounds easy right?  Well it goes further than that - there are certain specifications given by the UKVI for meeting these requirements. I have simplified this to aid your understanding.
